So ask someone besides yourself how you're doing on your anger. Are your issues showing through your facade?

Very true though... I am dealing with this issue as we speak,I am trying to overcome childhood issues so that I can find a balance between learning from parents mistakes and trying to over compensate for there mess ups. Anger keeps you from enjoying the here and now. When the cloud of anger and confusion rises I pray that i will still have time to enjoy what i have been blessed with. I'm very thankful that GOD has been bringing this very topic to my mind and dealing with it here as conformation.
