Tonight we went to a good friend's 50th birthday party, pretty amazing really. I can't even believe that 50 is so close and that so many of our friends are edging up on that momentous occasion. Trust me, you won't be able to believe it either "next year" (for that is what it will seem like) when you are looking at the big 5-0!
Gary Dollarhide made it to 50 and in amazing fashion. He looks young and acts even younger. I really wish I could look half as good as he did tonight. He is really an amazing man and one of the best Christian witnesses I've had the privilege of knowing. He and LuAnn have been good friends to us over the years; it was really a blessing to be there tonight.
If you have a friend like Gary and would like to comment about them, please feel free to do so. Also, if any of you know Gary, it would be nice to hear your testimonies about what he means or has meant to you and yours.

OHHH MY GOSH I DONT KNOW WERE TO START WHEN IT COMES TO HIM OR EVEN THAT FAMILY. GARRY IS THE MOST CARING AND PASSIONATE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. WHEN HE HUGS YOU OOHHHH MY GOSH THERE ARE NO WORDS HE DOESNT JUST GIVE YOU THAT A-HUG AND PAT YOU ON THE BACK HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY AND ARE MISSED AND IMPORTANT. HIS SMILE IS WELCOMING TO ANYONE HE MEETS. HE IS HARD WORKING AND LETS NOTHING SLOW HIM DOWN(SOMETIMES TO A FAULT....NEVER END UP IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN THAT WAS SCARY) LOANN..... SWEETEST THING EVER BEAUTY JUST PLAIN BEAUTY.THEY ARE AN AWESOME TEAM FULL OF LOVE AND DEVOTION TO EACH OTHER AND EVERYONE AROUND THEM. THEY TRULY APPRECIATE WHAT FAMILY MEANS.THEY ARE THERE FOR EACH OTHER,FAMILY TO THEM INCLUDES EVERYONE AROUND THEM. I HEARD THAT THEY HAD THE 50TH PARTY LAST NIGHT. IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT 50 HERSHEY HUGS SO THAT HE COULD SHARE ALL 50 WITH HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HIM THE MOST HIS HUGS. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HIS SHOULDER RUBS(ANYONE REMEMBER ROADS)ENOUGH SAID.
